The books
Two books, one idea: movement can carry you through more than you think. One is for you. One is for the kids in your life. Both are written by someone who needed them first.

Yoga Flow Through the Alphabet
Twenty-six letters, each pairing a yoga pose with a life theme: acceptance, courage, gratitude, resilience, and the rest of the alphabet that gets us through. Built from my own road back after injury and the hard years that followed, it's part practice guide, part personal story, with space to journal and make each letter your own.
Who it's for: anyone starting over, starting late, or just starting. No yoga experience required.
Formats: paperback / Kindle / hardcover
"My favorite line from the book is "Our true beauty lies not in achieving some external ideal but in our ability to rise, recover, and reclaim ourselves." This was part of the beautiful/beauty portion of the book. It made me realize to always stay true to yourself both inside and out!"
